1. Our Accreditation
Healthline Medical Diagnostic (Pvt) Ltd is:

Registered under the Gulf Health Council, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Licensed by the Private Health Services Regulatory Council, Sri Lanka.

Licensed by the Sri Lanka Atomic Energy Regulatory Council, Sri Lanka
2. Services Offered
We offer the following services:
1. Foreign Employment Medical Examinations
Medical tests for overseas employment in compliance with Gulf and other international standards.
2. Laboratory Services
Clinical diagnostic testing including blood work, urine tests, and other pathology services.
3. Corporate / Staff Medical Checkups
Tailored health screening packages for company employees and executives.
4. DNA Testing
Paternity and relationship testing in collaboration with accredited international labs.
5. Allergy and Food Intolerance Testing
Blood-based screening for allergic reactions and intolerances to various foods and substances.
3. Appointments & Scheduling

All services must be booked in advance via phone, online, or in person. walk-ins are subject to availability.

Rescheduling or cancellations must be informed at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to show up or late cancellations may result in a fee
4. Patient/Client Responsibilities

Provide accurate identification, medical history, and contact details.

Follow preparation instructions for testing (e.g., fasting if required).

Cooperate with staff and comply with medical advice.
5. Confidentiality & Data Protection

All patient data and medical records are confidential and handled according to data protection laws in Sri Lanka and applicable international regulations.

We only share data with third parties (e.g., embassies, employers) upon your consent or where legally required.
6. Test Results

Turnaround times for reports vary by service type and will be communicated at the time of booking.

We are not responsible for delays caused by external partner laboratories (especially for DNA or international tests).
7. Payments

All payments must be made prior to or at the time of service.

We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and online payments.

Unpaid balances may delay release of reports or future appointments.
8. Limitations of Service
Our services are diagnostic and non-emergency in nature.
Healthline Medical Diagnostic (Pvt) Ltd is not liable for decisions made based on test results without consultation from a licensed medical practitioner.
